Mailers

SOTA may, if you so choose send direct mailers to you at the address given by you. You have the option to 'opt-out' of this direct mailer by way of links provided at the bottom of each mailer. We respect your privacy and in the event that you choose to not receive such mailers, we will take all steps to remove you from the list.
 

Anti-Spam Policy

SOTA recognizes the receipt, transmission, or distribution of spam emails (unsolicited bulk emails) as a major concern and has taken reasonable measures, to minimize the transmission and effect of spam emails in its computing environment. All emails received by SOTA, are subject to spam check, in coordination with Anti Threat Protection, Anti-Spam & Anti-Malware Protection service. Any email identified as spam will be rejected with sufficient information to the Sender for taking necessary action. With this measure, along with other technical spam reduction measures, SOTA hopes to minimize the effect of spam emails. SOTA reserves the right to reject and/or report any suspicious spam emails, to the authorities concerned, for necessary action, from time to time.

Account information for third-party services

We receive information about you when you interact with a third-party service when using our services, or if you share content from our services through such third party service, the applicable third party service will send us certain Personal Data (specifically your first name, ID, token and profile picture URL) if the third-party service and your account settings allow such sharing.

Information from our advertising partners

We receive information about you from some of our service providers (e.g., LinkedIn) who assist us with marketing or promotional services related to how you interact with our websites, applications, products, services, advertisements or communications.

Information we automatically collect when you use our services
