State of the Artz was started with one goal in mind: giving our buyers a fair, rewarding & pleasant online art shopping experience. Our business policies are based on the same values and a simple equation: 
Trust + Quality Offerings = Loyal Buyers.

â–º All our artwork is customizable, so if any piece(s) of art resonates/connects with you, then contact us to personalize your art with your custom preferences on just about anything you want. Just let us know your choice(es) like the color-schemes, element sizes/coverage-ratio, and the artist will begin recreating the art of your choice, exclusively for you!

IMPORTANT NOTES TO BUYERS:

â–º In order to preserve 100% originality & the quality of acrylic paintings during international shipping, our Rolled/Un-Stretched artwork are shipped in a high-quality PVC-infused hard-tube, to avoid any damage(s)

â–º Our framed & stretched artworks are well packed, and every artwork we ship is insured. Thus, any damage(s) to the artwork during the transit will be compensated by the delivery company

• We request your cooperation via emailing us clear pictures of the damage(s). We'll do the rest!

â–º Our artwork is 100% safe, and the canvas painting returns to its original (flat) state once you stretch it out over a wooden base. You can decide to frame it, or just simply stretch it at any of your local framing shops, based on your taste, it’d look stunning either way!

â–º We don't believe in fancy 3-D Modeling or Photoshopped Mock-ups of our artwork in our Library! We usually have just One photo uploaded, so:

• What you see is what you get – however, some minor differences may occur during the handmade art-recreation & painting process

• Be rest assured of the quality, the color-schemes, element sizes/coverage-ratio across the painting; it'll be 99% what you ordered!
â–º Our art studio's works are original pieces from talented (& vetted!) creative artists that are affiliated with us

â–º If you wish, you can express your wishes to us on art adjustments, viz. colors, shades, proportions, element coverage, etc., and we'll endeavor to meet your needs

PROCESSING TIMELINES:

â–º Artwork From Our Library:

• 3–6 days to finish/ready your artwork, Rolled/Un-Stretched

â–º For Art Adjustment Services:

• 6–10 days to finish/ready your artwork, Rolled/Un-Stretched

â–º For Bespoke Art Services:

• 10–18 days to finish/ready your artwork, Rolled/Un-Stretched
• The countdown starts once you confirm the terms in the Project Scope Of Work (SoW) that we'd send you, post on our interview with you. Check the Bespoke Art Services section for more info or contact us at hello@stateoftheartz.com)

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

â–º For Art Adjustment & Bespoke Art Services: We'll send you High-Res photos of your artwork in a "fully-readied" condition (& for Bespoke Services we may send you photos throughout the creation process)

â–º If you receive photos during the making process (in the case of Bespoke Only), we'd require your approval or feedback within 2-hrs of photo delivery, and for final photos of artwork post-completion, we'd need your approval within 48-hours of the photo delivery, in order to manage our promised delivery timelines
â–º However, if we don't hear back from you within the stipulated times of our email, we'll imply the artwork to be approved by you, in which case, we'll dispatch it shortly after, and the order may be delayed by a few days from our guaranteed timelines
â–º Delayed turnaround times on your approval or feedback can sometimes result in slight deterioration in the look & feel of certain art elements or colors in an art

DELIVERY TIMELINES:

â–º Once processed, we'll dispatch your artwork within 1–2 days

â–º You'll receive your much-awaited artwork in 3-4 days within India, and 5–7 days anywhere in the USA

â–º Expect similar delivery timelines as the USA's, for Europe/UK, APAC & Middle-East (+/– 2 days)

END-TO-END TIMELINES:
â–º From the time you place your order, until you receive your artwork at your doorstep:

• Rolled (Unframed/Un-stretched) Artwork: 8–14 days at your doorstep

• Stretched & Framed Artwork: 12–18 days at your doorstep

â–º For  Bespoke Art, add another 10–14 days over the above timelines, due to the custom art tailoring process

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

â–º No cancellations will be done 48-hrs after the order

â–º If we are unable to create your order in the timelines in the SoW, we would give you a full refund of your order
• Delivery of a project/art refers to completion, and although we'd do our best to ensure you get what you paid for, we do require you to remember that even God isn't perfect. So, minor imperfections in acrylic canvas/abstract artwork, are things that actually make an artwork perfect (the epitome of human/handmade craftsmanship!)

â–º For Bespoke Art Services

Once you place the order with size & style options, we'll initiate the process of creating the artwork for you, starting with our Interview

• There are no refunds of the downpayment, however, in rare cases where you did not like our artwork at the end, or we decide we are unable to deliver the pre-agreed SoW terms, we will issue you a full refund

- No other reasons would work, not even if your fictitious cat died. And if this was an impulse purchase, then let this be a lesson – listen to your parents/spouse hereafter, and spend your money wisely :-)

• Once we have a golden handshake on the scope of work, along with a reasonably clear understanding of your art expectation, we will take a few days for planning & visualization, then explain the thought process to you, and then give you a quote

• Once everything is agreed upon, we would then wait for you to provide us full payment for the quote before we start with the work (In short, no payment, no art, and you can forget about the downpayment too at this stage :-)

RETURNS POLICY:
â–º For India Buyers:

• Contact Us within 7-days of delivery

• Dispatch Items back within 7-days of delivery
â–º For Overseas Buyers:

• Contact Us within 14-days of delivery

• Dispatch Items back within 14-days of delivery

â–º Standard Terms:

• Buyer will bear any postage &/or shipping costs for the return

- If an item that was delivered "undamaged" is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be liable for any loss in value

- We don't accept exchanges or cancellations

- Please contact us if you have any issues with your order

- Custom Orders or Items On Sale can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective
